Be sure to take a full set of measurements of your waist, hips, and bust at the beginning of your weight loss journey. Write them down, and keep them handy so you have a good record of where you started. Retake those measurements every couple weeks, and compare the results to stay motivated and on track. There will be times when the scale is not moving, but those inches are whittling away!
