Description
This is a temporary position which may lead to permanent for the right candidate. Must have experienced as a site foreman in carrying major alterations and extension and a CSCS card is preferred. A knowledge of building regulations, health and safety at work and working with professional bodies such as surveyors and architects is required. Duties include overseeing building and refurbishment projects, supervising labour, arranging deliveries of material and plant, setting out works, delivering the project to a very high standard of workmanship and all associated tasks.
