Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je metodou kazuistiky zjistit a popsat potřeby pacienta s onemocněním myasthenia gravis. Dále zjistit subjektivní hodnocení kvality života pacienta s onemocněním myasthenia gravis, které je charakteristické častými změnami zdravotního stavu a poukázat na specifika péče o pacienty s tímto onemocněním.
Purpose: The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to identify and describe, by means of the casuistic method, needs of patients with disease myasthenia gravis. Then to evaluate the quality of life of the patient with myasthenia gravis, which is characterized by frequen changes in health and point out the specifics of care of patients with this disease.
Metodika: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje příčiny vzniku onemocnění, jeho projevy, diagnostiku a léčbu. Praktická část popisuje onemocnění od prvních projevů až po současný stav u konkrétního pacienta. Rozhovorem je zjištěno subjektivní vnímání onemocnění pacientem, jeho léčba a komplikace zdravotního stavu. V katamnéze jsou dále objasněny aktuální potřeby nemocného a jejich následná saturace. Kvalitu života bezpochyby ovlivnily i opakované hospitalizace ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Data jsou sbírána formou nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s pacientem a doplňují je údaje ze zdravotní dokumentace.
Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part explains causes of the disease, its symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. The practical part describes the disease from first signs to the current state of a particular patient. By interview is found out the subjective perception of patien´s disease, its treatment and complication of health. In catamnesis are further explained current needs of patient and their subsequent saturation. The quality of life has undoubtedly influented by readmissions in healthcare facilities. Data are collected in the form of non-standartized interview with the patient and data from medical records complement them.
Výsledky: Kazuistika zaznamenává více než 4 roky života pacienta s onemocněním myasthenia gravis. V různých fázích onemocnění se mění zdravotní stav pacienta a s tím i jeho potřeby. V počátku onemocnění je odkázán na naplňování potřeb zdravotnickým personálem, v pozdějším období je schopen své potřeby uspokojit sám. Pacient v rozhovoru sděluje, jak onemocnění ovlivnilo kvalitu jeho života.
Results: The casuistry records more then 4 years of patient´s life with the disease myasthenia gravis. At various stages of the diseases, the patient´s health is changing and with it also his needs. At the beginning of the disease is dependent on meeting the needs of medical staff, in the later period is able to satisfy his needs on his own.
Závěr: Práce se zabývá chronickým onemocněním myasthenia gravis. Zjišťuje specifické potřeby pacientů s tímto onemocněním a jejich následné naplňování.
Conclusion: The thesis deals with chronic disease myasthenia gravis and finds out the specific needs of patient with this disease and their subsequent implementation.
