Mohl bych se zeptat, jestli je v těchto větách rozdíl?

He's incoming over there. He incoming

Incoming znám jako “příchozí” (hovor), ale když jsem to viděl v této větě, zaskočilo mě to… Chtěl bych se zeptat, jestli je možnost 2 a 3 správně. Děkuji.

He's incoming over there. He incoming over there. “Incoming” looks as if it could be a participle (because it ends in “ing”), but it's used only adjectivally. There's a fire at the station and all incoming trains have been delayed. There's fog at the airport and all incoming flights have been diverted. This tray is for incoming mail only.
