Things of one's personality / whom vs to whom

Good afternoon, everyone,

I would like to turn to somebody more experienced in to verify the correctness of my 2 sentences.

1. So, it’s these things of your personality, just the way you are that I see in you and really admire about you the most.

In terms of this sentence, I'm not sure whether it's correct and it sounds natural to use the bold part of the sentence the way I used it – things of one's personality. To make it easier to understand what I'm talking about in the sentence, I want to name several personality traits I like about somebody, I want to tell the person and then after that to sump it up, I want to say the sentence I wrote above: So, it's these things of your personality…

2. Of course, now it’s up to you whom you will tell about it, but I wanted it to be your choice rather than blindsiding you with that.

As for this sentence, again, I'm not sure about the bold part. I'm wondering whether it's ok to use it the way I used it or whether it should be "Of course, now it's up to you to whom you will tell about it… I'm not sure whether it's correct to use just whom or to whom in my sentence.

1. Mi zní ok, i když já bych asi řekl “these traits of your personality / these things about you”, ale mně hlavně zní ta druhá část nějak divně. Uvidíme, co na to DesperateDan. 

2. Máte správně. Říká se “tell to him/her/them something”, takže to tam nebude. Jinak whom, to whom v podobných větách jsou velmi formální vyjádření, v běžné řeči je mnohem přirozenější říct who a předložku dát na konec.

So it’s just the way you are, these aspects/trait­s/facets of your personality that I see in you and really admire the most.

… it's up to you who you (want/intend to) tell about it …
