pomoc s opravou - Education in the US,GB,CZ (maturita topic)

Dobrý den, mám zde nějaké materiály k maturitě, a to konkrétně na téma “Education in the USA, GB, Czech republic”.

Nějaké chyby jsem zde nalezl a opravil, mám dojem, že zde by mohli být nějaké ještě, mohl bych poprosit o kontrolu, mockrát děkuji PS: Konkrétně se mi nezdají členy jako the (zvýrazněné tučně)

Pre-education(0 – 4) • Children younger than five years go to nursery schools or nursery classes. • Children in these schools rather play with toys than learn.

• Primary school (5 – 11)

• From five to eleven years is the first compulsory school attendance (účast). • Primary school is divided into „infant (dítě) school“- for children from the 5 to 7 and „junior school“- for the children from the 7 to 11. • Students in primary schools are called „ pupils“.

• Secondary school (12 – 16)

• Secondary schools begins at 11 years and ends (mostly) at 16 years. • Most schools are universal (všeobecné), but sometimes you can find „selective schools“. These schools accept new students based on the entrance test. o Grammar schools – gympl o Secondary modern school/ Secondary technical school – SŠO o Comprehensive– for immigrants and their children(přis­těhovalec) • Pupils take GCSE at A-level(=MATURITA)= general certificate of Education, mixture of cause and written works → pupils must have it, if they want to the UNI

Dále bych měl ještě jeden dotaz bych měl, v tomto textu níže je napsáno undergraduate course, je to správně?:-) Používá se to v GB? Bratr mi totiž řekl, že tam má být asi pregraduate-course Děkuji za odpověď. S přáním krásného dne!

Higher education • Higher education is education which includes education at the university. o First part is „undergraduate course“, which lasts (trvá) 3 years and in end you receive title(BA).

V sekci “primary school” zvýrazněné určité členy být nemají. V sekci “secondary school” nemá být v poslední větě čárka:

pupils must have it if they want to…

V sekci “higher education”: “…is education which includes education at universities.” Před slovo “first” bych dal určitý člen, ohledně termínu “undergraduate” viz definici zde. A vzhledem k tomu, že Oxford je britský, tak se to určitě v BrE používá . Před spojkou “which” opět nemá být čárka. Dále “in the end you receive a degree”.

mockrát děkuji za opravu opravil jsem to nemohl bych poprosit, ještě o kontrolu zbytku?. mělo by to být snad ok, jen pro jistotu prosím.

• The most prestigious and expensive are Harvard, Yale,Princeton(nor­theast)(member of family) • Higher education is education which includes education at universities. o 2-year colleges for vocational(odborný) training o 4-year colleges and UNI for academic degrees
Education system of Czech Republic(compul­sory: 6 – 15) • average school week: 35 lessons • marking systém: marks from 1 to 5

• Školka (3 – 6) – Nursery

• Školka is the first school in the education system in the Czech Republic. • Školka is for children from 3 years to 6 years. • Children in školka do same things as in the UK nursery schools.

• Základní škola – Elementary school

• After školka children in the CZ must go to the elementary school = compulsory. • Elementary school has 9 years. We have universal elementary schools or language elementary schools.

• Střední škola – High school

• Střední škola, it is like High school in the USA, it is after elementary school. • You can go to gymnasium or Secondary technical schools = SOŠ → economics, Secondary vocational schools = SOU → hairdressers)). • Střední škola ends with school-leaving exam = maturita exam.

• Vysoká škola – University

• University is the last part of the education system in the CZ. University usually has 3–4 (Bc.), 4–6 (Mgr.) or more years (Dc.). • Many kinds of universities are very different.

Sekce “further education”: Next education is for people who… These schools are called “colleges”. Open universities = for students working at their homes …

- první větu bych vyjádřil úplně jinak: Children who finish elementary school usually go to Střední škola

Ano. Nebo je možné to vyjádřit množným číslem (…must go to elementary schools).
