Saint Wenceslas-Esej do AJ

Ahojte, dostali jsme esej do Angličtiny a já bych potřebovala vaši pomoc. Mohli byste mi to prosím zkontrolovat? Hlavně prosím minulý čas, pravidlo SVOMPT (rozestavění slov ve větě), a/the a ostatní chyby ?. Za téma jsme dostali Den sv. Václava+co jsme ted den dělali. A zde samotný text. Předem děkuju:

St. Wenceslas is the chief patron of Bohemia and z Moravia. He was a Czech prince and saint. He was brought up his grandmother. His grandma was saint Ludmila. He was murdered in Old Boleslav. Boleslav took the government.

This public holiday belonged to 28th September. This day was Thursday. This day was a great. In morning I had to clean up the house. It was strenuous, but I did it. All afternoon I slept and I relaxed. Residue of free time wasn't good, because I didn't have free time for relaxing.

1. He was a Czech prince and a saint (což ale není moc dobře řečeno, protože rozhodně nebyl svatým v době, kdy byl knížetem)
2. He was brought up by his grandmother
3. Boleslav took the power then (ale nemáte tam vlastně řečeno, že ho teda Boleslav zavraždil, a že to byl jeho bratr)
4. This day was a great
5. In the morning
6. I slept and relaxed the whole afternoon
7. The rest of my free time wasn't that good, because I didn't have much time to relax

Vždycky, než opíšete nějaký fancy výraz ze slovníku, se doporučuju zamyslet, jestli náhodou už nějaký ekvivalent neznáte. “The rest” určitě znáte, není potřeba sahat po výmyslech typu “residue”.
Po slovech TIME, PLACE, THING a WAY se používá -to infinitiv (place to talk / time to relax / thing to do / way to learn).

Takže:

1. Jasný+dalo by se to poupravit na: He was a Czech prince. After death he was declared saint.
2. Jasný
3. Jasný+tady doplnění: His brother was Boleslav. Boleslav killed him in Old Boleslav.

4.-7. Vše jasný

Ano, i když bych spíš dal “after his death”.
