ANOTACE Předmětem diplomové práce „Technicko-ekonomické vyhodnocení návrhu optimalizace provozní fáze investičního projektu“ je posouzení přínosu změny provozního režimu projektu denitrifikace ve společnosti Elektrárna Počerady, a. s. do provozních nákladů. Práce zahrnuje problematiku ekonomickou, technickou a legislativní. Teoretická část je věnována fázím investičního procesu se zaměřením na provozní fázi, dále pak sledování a hodnocení odchylek vzniklých v provozní fázi oproti projektovaným předpokladům. Praktická část stručně popisuje společnost investora, vlastní projekt a hodnotí odchylky projektovaného a optimalizovaného provozního režimu. Tyto odchylky jsou kvantifikovány a vyčísleny. V poslední části jsou uvedena doporučení pro provozovatele na základě zjištěných výsledků.

ANNOTATION The subject of the thesis „Technical and economic evaluation of the design of the optimization of the operational phase of the investment project“ is the assessment of the benefit of changing the operating mode of the denitrification project at the Elektrárna Počerady, a. s. in the operating costs. The thesis includes the economic, technical and legislative issues. The theoretical part deals with the phases of the investment proces which aims to operational phase, then with monitoring and evaluation the variances created in the operational phase from the processed assumption. The practical part briefly describes investor company, the project itself and the evaluation of variances of the processed and optimized operating mode. Those variances are quantified and enumerated. Recommendations for the operator based on the results are mentioned in the last part.

The thesis includes the economic, technical and legislative issues. The theoretical part deals with the phases of the investment process, focusing on the operational phase, then with monitoring and evaluating the variances found in the operational phase from the planned projections. The practical part briefly describes the investor company and the project itself, and evaluates the variances between the planned and optimized operating modes. These variances are quantified and enumerated. The last part sets out recommendations for the operator based on the results obtained.
