Jsou obě věty (oba časy po while) správně? Nejsem si jist větami ve (2). Podle mě se v (1) se zaměřuji na detailnější popis onoho momentu během kterého změnil výraz ve tváři. Oproti tomu ve (2) se na to dívám obecněji = v této části videa se vždycky stane to a to…je má dedukce správná?

2. In that video, he changes his facial expression while he says/describes…

Either form of the present tense is possible in that scenario with no difference in meaning, and it's hard even for a native speaker to explain why he would prefer one form to the other.

1. … while he is saying/describing – se zaměřuji na detailnější popis onoho momentu – ano
2. … while he says/describes… se vždycky stane to a to ?? To se mi nezdá. Jde spíš o present simple for storytelling and commentary: “Though the present simple’s main use is for general rules, and grammatically represents timeless facts, native speakers often use it in a colloquial setting for storytelling. This can be to recount a past event, a film or book plot, or for running commentaries” …

Dá se říci, že:

1. In that video, he changes his facial expression while he says/describes… = “timeless fact”
2. In that video, he changes his facial expression while he is saying/is describing… = zdůrazňuji – Když zrovna říkal XY, změnil výraz v obličeji. Podobně jako u "Don't call me when I am doing (I do) my homework. Nevolej mi až budu dělat úkol.

O “timeless fact” tady nevím. The Earth revolves around the Sun – timeless fact. Já rozumím “in the video he changes …” jako “running commentary”.

“He changes his facial expression while he is saying/is describing…” That's the “normal usage” – an action in progress. (So either form of the tense is possible.)

Mohl bych se ještě na jednu věc zeptat? Mohl bych použít obě věty (jak tu s “he says” tak s “he is saying”) kdybych použil AS místo WHILE? Jak by Vám to znělo? Asi by to bylo stejné, že?

Ano, as he says, as he's saying, while he says, while he's saying. Rozdíl není.
