A lot depends on the specific socio-cultural context, in particular:

  • the age and level of education of the speaker
  • the age and education pf the person being spoken to
  • whether it's British or American English

„So there!“ might be said by a well brought-up British English school student up to about age 14. „Ha!“ might be said by an educated adult (BrE or AmE). In street talk among the poorly educated, „innit!“ might be appropriate. The sense of „heč!“ might also be conveyed by a suitable negative question tag (here: „haven't I?“).

The word „heč!“ might not need a word equivalent at all, because the emotion expressed by this interjection might be conveyed by other prosodic features such as the speaker's into­nation, word stress and sentence stress and/or body language (facial expression and/or gesticulation).
