Any help with these sentences?

1)…For example in a lesson of Philosophy we were made to read long passages from old books (written by Plato or Aristotle) for each lesson. (Byli jsme nuceni číst dlouhé pasáže ze starých knih.)???
More over almost each subject requires writing of some paper or report. At lessons of the Old English Literature we translated very old English poems into Czech at home and then we recited them in front of the whole class aloud. Indeed, a home preparation was necessary in case you did not want to score off… (Domácí příprava proto byla nezbytná, pak-li že jste se nechtěli ztrapnit.) ???

2)…We can have a lecture from one subject at the same time as the lecture from the second subject somewhere else. This is of course unpleasant you cannot cut up yourself!… (Tohle je nepříjemné, nemůžeme se přeci rozčtvrtit!)

3) …Was not this paper too much critical? I think so. On the contrary it may be a great reflection and a mirror for the more competent people.(Může to být reflexe pro ty, kteří mají právo o něčem rozhodovat a něco měnit – pro ty výše postavené.)??? Even when I have found many things I am complaining about I like this school…

Moreover, almost each subject requires writing a paper or report. In lessons in the Old English Literature, WE translated very old English poems into Czech at home and then recited them in front of the whole class aloud. Indeed, a home preparation was necessary IF you do not like to embarrass yourself…

2)We may have a lecture IN one subject and at the same time a lecture IN another subject somewhere else. This is, of course, unpleasant AS/SINCE you cannot SPLIT yourself so it is up to you where you decide to go…

3) …Was this paper too (much) critical? I don't think so. On the contrary, it may be a great reflection and a mirror for the more competent people. Even THOUGH I have complained about a lot of things, I like this school…

Opravil jsem to tak, jak bych to napsal ja. Neco nebylo vylozene spatne, ale prislo mi to nevhodne, tak jsem to zmenil. Jelikoz neznam sirsi kontext, neco jsem mohl opravit spatne, popripade neopravit vubec.

Možná by bylo vhodnější recite before-nejde nám totiž úplně o pozici, kde recitujeme.
More competent people bez určitého členu.
