Zdravím mám otázku už som ju niekde písal po anglicky, a tak sa mi to nechce znova prekladať ale snáď ma pochopíte a poradíte. Ďakujem
OK so to start with, let's say it is Monday 1.1.2017. Now I will give you these sentences.
A. The teacher must tell us our grades within 5 days since we wrote the test. (We wrote the test on 1.1.2017)
Does that mean, he can still tell us the results until 6.1. 2017 23:59? or does it mean that he can tell us that only until 5.1. 2017 23:59?
B. It is 1.1.2017 and teacher gave us assignment he told us that we have 4 days to give it to him (by email or in person).
Does it mean, I have to give it to him 5.1. 2017 23:59? or I have to give it to him 4.1. 2017 23:59?
Like i want to say that I never know what date people mean as a starting day. Do they count the the on-going date as a start date ? (like counting 1.1.2017 is already one day) or do they not count 1.1.2017 and start counting from next day?
C. Offer ends in 2 days (today is 1.1.2017)
Does it mean the offer will not be valid on 3.1.2017 or it will ste be valid on 3.1.2017 until midnight (3.1.2017 23:59)
D. Offer ends on Tuesday
So the offer will be still valid during Tuesday or not?
E. Send it to me by Sunday
Does it mean I have to send it to him at most by Saturday 23:59 or I can still send it to him by Sunday 23:59 (I have whole Sunday for that)
Thanks and sorry, but I am so confused because I never know what date people mean as starting date and whether they are already counting the day they told me that or they start counting my time from next day.
Thanks for help!
